Cancellations ✨ As I do understand things come up, if for any reason you need to cancel please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark, you forfeit your deposit. Grace Period ✨ There is a 7 min grace period. If you are not inside the studio by the 7 minute mark, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. No Shows ✨ Please be mindful that your are responsible for checking emails for appointment reminders. If it is passed the grace period and we haven’t heard from you, we will assume you will not show up and you will be marked as a no show. If you are a no show twice, you will be blocked from booking. Terms ✨ Upon scheduling your appointment, please read all polices before booking, and by booking you agree to all terms.
